I have been a full-time firefighter for 24 years, but I have never been just a firefighter. I thrive on challenges, economics, business, and I really enjoy people. I began investing in real estate in 2001, so although I am a new agent, I don’t consider myself new to real estate. I “flipped” quite a few homes in the early 2000s and have also owned multiple rental properties, so I have a lot of personal experience with real estate transactions, procuring loans, remodeling homes, and seeking out reputable property management companies to manage my out of state properties. However, my real skill set stems from what my wife calls “a super human thirst for economic knowledge.” I spend many hours every day listening to and reading articles on market trends, interest rate cycles, and all aspects of economics and the world of finance. I think that my energy paired with my knowledge and experience is what will make me a great agent for anyone looking to buy or sell.
