About Travis
Even at a very young age, Travis had a knack for finding opportunities and understanding the rewards associated with hard work. While other kids were spending their summers by the pool, Travis was mowing lawns for family and neighbors, saving money for his next big purchase. Whether it was buying his go-kart, his American Telecaster, or his vintage Ludwig drum set, Travis found great pride in working hard, delaying gratification, and achieving his goals.
In 2009, Travis left the Lehigh Valley to attend Temple University. Shortly after graduating in 2013, he made the decision to do what some would call “waste” his college degree, and pursue his dream of owning and growing a small business. Over the course of nearly a decade, Travis built his business from an investment of $400.00 to becoming a leader in the Philadelphia custom apparel market—designing, producing, and delivering hundreds of thousands of shirts for local and national clients.
His real estate venture began in 2015, when he took the plunge and made an investment in his first property with his brother in the up and coming Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. Though a daunting challenge at the time, this live-in flip/house hack proved to be one of the best investment decisions he’d make as young person. Since that first deal, Travis has continued to leverage his innate instinct for seeing and seizing high potential real estate opportunities, adding several properties to his portfolio.
Travis now combines his knowledge and financial savvy gained from running a successful small business enterprise with his passion of real estate and investing. He respects the financial power real estate holds--and he wants to share it--so that others can achieve their own personal financial and investment goals.
