Ours as a long distance purchase - a challenge on all sides. But our FL representatives, Travis Ford and Holly Lieberman, made the entire process not only much easier but actually fun! Holly even went to an open house and took us on a tour, via FaceTime, of the house we eventually purchased. Convenient and clean. Before Covid shut down I went maybe four times, saw cockroaches every time (swore I'd never go back but I am an optimist). Since post Covid reopen always clean and have not seen a single critter. Employees are friendly and order has always been correct. Yes, sometimes they are busy, very busy and you may have to wait (be patient). Sometimes they are training new cooks and the food may not be to your liking, let them know, they will fix it. It's a small town diner not a five star restaurant. If you want five star restaurant treatment go to a five star restaurant.

Travis made selling our home easy! He used multiple platforms, including social media, to list the home, he even knocked on doors within the neighborhood to spread the news to their friends and family. Travis was great to work with, very friendly, super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Communication was never an issue with Travis. He utilized email, phone calls, and text messages to ensure we knew exactly what was going on during each step of the process. Travis went above and beyond to help us close on our home quickly and efficiently. Did I mention after receiving a ton of offers, we accepted a contract from a local 36 hours after listing our home for more than the asking price!!

I interviewed multiple realtors and although they shared similar experience levels, marketing strategies, and sales volume, Travis stood out among the crowd. I made the right choice and he in fact exceeded my expectations. Our house sold quickly, with multiple offers and for over list price. Travis was very flexible with our constantly changing schedule and some logistical challenges, his answer was always "I am here to help". He gave us a list of preferred vendors to get our house ready for sale and even someone to help pack. Travis is professional, personable, honest, responsive, diligent and does what is best for his client, not necessarily what is easiest or fastest for him. That combination is not always easy to find in a realtor. We would not hesitate to recommend Travis or to use him again in the future.

Travis worked with us for several months as we were looking to both purchase and sell a home in the NSB area. Travis has great communication skills and excellent knowledge of the real estate markets. He listened well to what we wanted and only steered us to prospects that met our criteria. He also was instrumental in pointing out negatives as well as positives for homes that we were considering. In regards to the sale of our home, Travis works with a professional photographer and did an excellent job of staging and photographing our home for the listing sites. Travis was available night and day and was always responsive. He held several "open house events" for us, one of which resulted in a successful sale. We would highly recommend Travis Ford, regardless of whether you are a buyer or seller.

We picked Travis due to his being a "local" from the area. This was a great choice as he was able to direct us to different locations and give us the pros and cons of each area. We came in from out of state and Travis was able to adjust his schedule to accommodate us and during our two excursions to the New Smyrna Beach area. When we weren't in town he provided us with emailed updates, text messages, and phone calls until we were finally able to find a place we fell in love with. After being outbid, and knowing the place had received multiple offers, he suggested we put in a strong backup offer, which we did and this ultimately proved to be a successful strategy. In addition Travis gave us many recommendations for places to see and restaurants to try. Travis Ford's service went above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined when we recently purchased our new home in Port Orange. This was a multi-state transaction as we live in Northeast, our lender is also in the Northeast and our new home is in Port Orange. Travis made the process seamless. He sent us potential listings on a daily basis. He conducted virtual tours when we could not personally view a home. He searched for months until he finally located the perfect home for us. He did all this during the pandemic which put our minds at ease. He supplied a list with at least three names of local contractors and other professionals needed to complete this process. He also supplied us with numbers for the various utilities and other services needed once the purchase was completed. Travis did an exceptional job selling our home. He helped us thru the entire process and even helped us find and buy our current home. We signed listing documents and the photographer was there couple days later. House was listed that afternoon on mls and we sold the house in less than 2 days after listing. We weren't expecting it to happen so fast and he went above and beyond helping us find / buy our current home.
We have pets and he even took care of our pup (took her for walk) while potential buyers were looking at our home. He made sure kitty was safe as well. This is so important and something you don't think about until you realize you cannot always be home to take your pets out of house while showing.

So many things to say... all good. Will def refer him to everyone and anyone buying or selling!
