Travis Jackson

Travis Jackson is a Licensed Realtor and Notary Public with Realty Executives Powerhouse. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Travis played professional basketball for 5 years in the NBA, CBA, ABA, UBA, The Harlem Globetrotters, parts of Mexico and South America. Being a former athlete has given him a greater understanding of working with a team to accomplish a greater goal. In addition to being a Realtor, Travis also works as a teaching assistant with the Department of Education because he believes it is important to guide the young minds of tomorrow.

As a realtor, Travis' main goal is to cater to the needs of all customers whether buying, selling or renting. Travis strives to provide accurate information to the customer that will assist them in their real estate needs.

As a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, I have received special training on demographics of the affluent, lifestyle segmentation, trends and amenities in today's luxury home product, and creating a marketing plan for the multimillion dollar property. The training provided new insight about the upper tier market, helped me polish my skills, and provided valuable networking contacts with other agents across the country who specialize in luxury properties.



Broker Priced Opinion Resource (BPO-R)
A Broker Price Opinion (BPO) is an estimate of the probable selling price of a property. The BPO has become an important source of information for the real estate industry and, increasingly, for government programs designed to aid the economy and help homeowners avoid foreclosure. With this designation, I have enhanced my skills in creating BPOs, reducing risk, and applying alternative valuation techniques in the housing market.
