A common theme with Travis' past clients is that he have always been honest and had their best interest in mind. He gives his opinion on price, condition and future resale potential, even at the expense of a sale. A broker to him involves putting a priority on managing his clients investments. The home he sells to you today is the home he hopes to be selling for you in the future.
Travis was licensed in 2000 and was "Rookie of the Year" in 2002, the same year he received his Brokers license. He attained his GRI certification in 2005. He also attends as many investment courses as possible to stay on the leading edge of making his clients money on their investments; be it in single family, multi-family, or business.
He started CENTURY 21 Commercial Northwest Realty MT in 2019. Commercial real estate has always been a passion of his, because of his love for numbers. Digging deep into facts and figures is boring to a lot of people, but to him it speaks to the truth in business. He has experience in industrial, retail, office, and leases, but even more extensive experience with multi-family: duplex, triplex, four-plex, apartment buildings, and condominium complexes. Travis is pro-growth and would be happy to work with you or your company to research, develop, or expand your business. He does his best to stay current on economic conditions and in contact with the Great Falls Development Authority for help and opportunity.
On the job experience has been the best education, along with learning from my fellow associates and brokers, but his continuing education is yearly with too many courses to mention.
Montana is a wonderful place to live and he likes to take advantage of all of its natural beauty by camping, hiking, biking, skiing, kayaking, and anything else that is an excuse to be outside.
