Travis was of great help in preparing for the sale of our home of the last 48 years and then helped us find and buy our new home. He was very helpful and supportive in this, probably last move in our lifetime! He found the buyer in less than a week after he arranged for the sale preparations.
His constant support and encouragement helped us greatly overcome the numerous detailed tasks we had to go through to prepare our old home for showing and then search for our new home. This included preparing the house and surroundings for viewing by buyers and finding the buyer in as short a time as possible, so we could find without delay our new home.
He helped us with the new home search, by driving us to many available homes in our preferred areas. His constant support, and suggestions helped us find the right new home and made this process much easier than it would have been otherwise. This allowed us to move to our new home without delay.

I found Travis randomly by clicking on "tell me more about this property" on Realtor.com. So I didn't really know who I was getting, but luckily I hit the jackpot with Travis! I ended up putting an offer in on three properties and won the third. He helped me craft a winning offer that I felt comfortable with. That is hard to do in the current market!

I was a first time home buyer and a bit overwhelmed about the whole process. Travis did a great job walking me through each step from submitting an offer to closing. Right from the start, Travis helped us tremendously. Our first offer on a condo was not accepted, but he stayed focused and found us another one, which we actually liked better. Through the negotiation process, the due diligence process, and the closing, he was right on top of everything. We closed in record time, and the entire process went very well. I should note that he recommended a Lender to us, and they did a great job too. Even after the closing, he has checked in to see if there is anything else we need. Travis is great. Super knowledgeable, very responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients. He looked out for our best interests throughout the entire process, and he takes an honest, no BS approach. Not once did I feel a spin-sell where we disliked something and he attempted a rebuttal for the sake of a sale. He is patient and empathetic to just how serious a purchase a home is.
