Travis Rodgers proved the ideal professional to help me purchase a new home and to sell my long-time home. Besides his seasoned knowledge of our community, he explained details that might have baffled me, and he handled an unexpected crisis with calm I could not have mustered. His communication throughout the sale and the purchase was timely and precise. He never made assumptions, which reassured me from our first discussion. Travis, you are a quiet and polished realtor whom I'll value in wonderful years ahead.

After knowing several associates and friends who had work with Travis, I reached out for his services once I was in the market. He is extremely knowledgeable on the ins and outs of Center City Real Estate, and very diligent. His organization and diligence were a key factor in getting the deal we wanted done. I would recommend him to others who want a full time agent with loads of experience and connections in the Philadelphia Market.

Owning a 200 year old row house in Philadelphia and then selling it after many years could have been a tough and challenging experience, particularly because we now live eight hours away. The myriad details of preparing and then marketing the house, as it deserved, could have proved impossible. Travis Rodgers, though, with his intimate knowledge of Philadelphia real estate, and his extensive connections with local workers, photographers and neighbors, made it not just successful, but also joyful.
Travis provided us with the information we needed at each decision point, so that we could set the price, choose the best offer, and deal with the minutiae of the wrap up to the closing. The new owner will treat the house with respect and will enjoy beautiful South Camac Street, we know. The dogwood tree planted in the garden, and the linden tree at the front door will have new caretakers.
Travis has the unusual combination of strong detail orientation, strategic grasp, marketing savvy, and significant professional contacts that would make him unusual in any profession. That he was a joy to work with as well, makes us almost disappointed that the house sold so quickly.
