I can not speak more highly of my experience with Travis. I just bought my first home, and he made the process easy to navigate and understand. He has extensive knowledge on the area, renovation, and about homes in general. When a house I was interested in had an offer fall through late one night, he rushed to get together my offer letter and send it off to be the first ones in, I always knew I could count on him. This man is a God send, He knew exactly what we wanted and had it ready to go. Travis made the whole buying a house process an absolute pleasure, from all his knowledge and contacts we manage to get great financial advice, inspections and all the other aspects of this process done with wonderful professional, response people Totally stress free. We closed in less than a month. After my last experience of buying a house to this one, I will never use any one other than Travis again. Such a professional, easy going, understanding person to work with. If I could give the man more than 5 stars I would. He doesn’t do this for the money, he does it to make people happy.

I bought my first house with Travis. He called me immediately when I expressed interest in a house in the Savannah area. As a first time buyer, one of the first things I mentioned to Travis was that I would need my hand held. Let me just say I could not have been more comfortable working with someone. From beginning to end Travis was there the entire way, explaining the process and helping to guide me through some of the complexities of ownership and making such a serious investment. After the first house we viewed; he was able to ask the right questions of me, and figure out exactly what I was looking for. From there I had people with more money up front that beat me out of a couple houses. (I put the minimal down as it was my first house). Travis did not falter and was relentless at making an aggressive offer that was accepted while others were being considered. If you are interested in your first house or your 10th there is nobody better.

After making the huge mistake of attempting for sale by owner, I called Travis in a panic. Not only did he assist in ensuring the house was listed to sell, it was a huge help for an older home to have a 3-D walk through, especially in these COVID-19 times. Helpful in every way, from staging to the honey do list, to getting the house sold! As a seller, my family and I couldn't be happier. Jokingly I told him, his new slogan should be "Considered it sold"!

We sold our house in No Time Flat (one month) with Travis. We actually had a full price offer in THREE DAYS!!
Honestly, I didn’t want to sell the place, but it was out of my control.
So despite all my antics and pushback, Travis pulled trough like a champ!! Sold the place for more than double than we bought it for.
He’s a real estate animal and I’ll never use or recommend another realtor in SE Georgia ever again!!

Travis Sawyer is an amazing agent. My wife and I started over two years ago trying to sell our Port Wentworth home. We went through two realtors and all they wanted to do was lower the asking price. We even took a stab at doing it ourselves to no avail. We signed with Travis and in less than three months our home sold for only $4k less than our asking price of $219k. We are currently on our trip out west to our new location. I would highly recommend Travis if you want to sell your home quickly and have fun in the process.

Travis sold our house in less than a week for full ask with an aggressive selling price. Other agents in our neighborhood have had houses on the market for 200+ days. He really knows what he's doing. He is so professional, especially with the presentation! His yard signs are tasteful. His eye for staging is fantastic. His photographer, Alan, is the best of the best. The virtual tour was top of the line and photography was magazine quality. Our house looked beautiful without being misleading, and I think that helped get us sold . He was honest about what repairs and cleanups needed to be done in order to meet our expectations. And, he managed my nerves while we waited for the closing date. He was also very hands on...we moved out of state and he handled a lot of things for us to make our relocation easy. Absolutely 100% the best decision we made to choose Travis as our agent!

Travis is an AWESOME REALTOR!! He was recommended with the assurance that “he will put his ALL into helping you;you will enjoy working with him”. Every word was true!!! We had a few disappointing moments; but he helped us recover and sell our house. We’ve had other realtors, but none with his passion and determination. He really went above and beyond all of our expectations. The closing date kept changing, resulting in our not being able to be here on the scheduled date. Travis successfully found us our unicorn. We had a budget that he worked with strictly, while still appetizing our tastes for exploration by showing us a few "what if" homes that really helped put our search criteria into perspective. We were also very specific about size and location, and again, Travis helped us not only find exactly what we were looking for but also guided us along the way. He filled us with local knowledge about each neighborhood as though he had lived there his whole life, and kept us up to date on sales and pricing trends.

Going out to look at houses was like hanging out with a close friend and it rarely felt like a business proceeding at all. He was just as eager to climb into attics and discuss insulation as he was neighborhood trends, restaurants, elementary schools, and everything in between. Super hands-on through the whole process, but never invasive or overbearing.

His communication was perfect and he was vigilant in his search, showing us listings before the homeowners even knew they were ready to sell. At one point we started to get discouraged in our search (we were looking for a perfect home, in the perfect neighborhood, for pennies) and communicated that with him, asking to take the foot off the gas for a little bit. He did so wonderfully, keeping an eye on the very tight market while being very selective with the listings he sent us during our personal slow period.

I'm not certain he'd give us a glowing review as shoppers, but he was wonderful in our first home-buying experience.
