Travis Stewart

An energetic broker with nearly two decades’ experience in the industry, Travis Stewart is ready for anything. He takes an active approach to real estate, proactively solving problems on his clients’ behalf and rolling up his sleeves to make sure all the details of their transactions are taken care of.

Travis originally began his career in real estate as a property appraiser, working throughout King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties. He also spent time working in Title and Escrow, giving him a unique background. After several years of honing his skills, Travis joined his mother at Windermere Central as a broker. His cross-industry experience gives his clients an extra advantage, as Travis understands all sides of the real estate market and can provide accurate and thorough property evaluations to help his sellers maximize their profits and ensure his buyers are making a worthy investment.

A people-pleaser at heart, Travis is driven by his desire to be of service to others, easily going the extra mile to transform stressful or complicated transactions into an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. He loves boosting the confidence of new buyers or those who are intimidated by the market, offering education and support to make the process approachable. As a Kirkland local who spent his summers on Lake Roesiger and attended Bellevue College, there are few places in Western Washington that Travis has not explored. This adventurous approach benefits his clients, as Travis is willing to go almost anywhere they need him.

Before he was a broker, Travis was a professional wakeboarder and spent 2 years in Orlando competing on a pro-wakeboard tour. These days, he is happiest spending time with his wife and family doing about anything on the water.
