As the founder and principal broker of Peake Ventures, Trent is dedicated to delivering an elevated real estate experience defined by integrity, discretion, and exceptional results. His business is built on trust and long-term relationships, with the majority of clients coming through personal referrals—a testament to his unwavering commitment and consistent performance.

Trent launched his real estate career in 2017 on Sanibel Island, where he quickly earned a reputation as a trusted advisor in the luxury coastal market. His tenure at Coldwell Banker Realty further sharpened his expertise and expanded his reach across Southwest Florida’s most sought-after communities. Before entering real estate, Trent led marketing efforts for the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Chamber of Commerce, helping to position the islands as premier global destinations. Today, that same strategic mindset informs his approach to property positioning and bespoke marketing campaigns.

A full-time resident of Naples, Trent lives with his fiancée, Alexandra, and their two Great Pyrenees, Hatch and Lola. Outside of real estate, he enjoys the area’s premier golf and tennis offerings, supporting local philanthropies, and spending time with family and friends along the coast.
