Tressa Rossi

Tressa started her real estate career while attending Portland Community College for an associate degree in Real Estate. She went on to become a licensed salesperson for Westland Investment, working as their administrative sales assistant. She honed her skills in her next opportunity working with a Southern California company that managed 100 homeowners associations. After moving back to Portland, Oregon in 1994 she began working as a property manager for single-family homes, small plexes and small apartment buildings. For the next six years she further developed her property management skills by continuing her education at Portland State University. One of her endeavors was to set up a complete accounting system for local real estate developer Justin Barton. This customer had several overseas investors and eight partnerships or LLC companies established, but no in-house accounting system. With her expertise in accounting and property management she was able to save thousands of dollars each year in CPA fees. She was also able to capture the real estate activity from land purchase to construction of 40-75 unit apartment buildings to the operating phase. This experience enabled her to understand the accounting and developing cycles of real estate investing and management.

Tressa Rossi oversees the day-to-day operations and owner negotiations for Fox Management. She also balances the books each month, and supervises and approves the check runs. The inspections are completed routinely by Tressa as well as evaluations for maintenance, upgrades and rental increases. With 15 years experience in the property management industry, Tressa is able to achieve and maintain individual investors. goals. Multitasking is the key to this business and she is able to do it well. Tressa is hard working, loyal, honest and sincere. In March 2002, Tressa & Robert Rossi purchased their own portfolio of property owners, now Fox Management Inc. They also own a carpet cleaning business, Fire & Ice Systems, Inc founded in 1995. Having a cleaning business further enables Fox to control your costs with reasonable prices and guaranteed workmanship.
