Could not have asked for a better person to help us sell moms home. From the listing to the closing, Trevor handled everything with professionalism, expertise, and big dose of GOODNESS. He even made sure that the home looked its best for every showing, including some emergency mowing!

We felt confident throughout the entire process that Trevor had made sure our home was prepared, the market was throughly researched, the listing price was correct, and the showings were valid. I would recommend Trevor to anyone wanting to sell their home. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Trevor.

Tired of "good enough" services? Looking for the best realtor, who does more and makes you feel like your needs are first priority? Trevor Bolton bent over backwards for us! If I texted him an update or a question, he often responded in a few minutes or less. It was a real pleasure working with Trevor. He truly understands how to sell houses. He made the process incredibly easy, and his thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate, but of the local market, made it a great pleasure throughout the whole process. We are so blessed Trevor was there to help make the move from Texas to Montana as easy and less stressful as possible for such a big move. He was always quick to respond to questions and made it super easy to move into his rental house. He is honest, professional, reliable and hard working for his clients. He is so kind and would always check to see if there was anything we needed or if he could help us with something to make things as smooth for us as possible.

He was the best land lord we have ever rented from and provided amazing house buying advise when we were dissatisfied with our assigned realtor we had at the time. If we ever buy a different home in the future he will be our go to. He is the type of realtor who will advocate for you and get things done! I only wish Trevor had been the realtor assigned to us by our work that used a third party relocation company to organize the move.

We had a month to move. We were baffled when we saw there was no available rental units that would allow our dogs too. Trevor went above and beyond and provided us with one of his rental units when he learned how short notice our move was happening. The timing was perfect, and his customer service was impeccable. He did things to help us without us even having to ask and genuinely wanted to serve us without any expectation of something in return. He even mowed our lawn for us! That meant the world to us and was one less thing as we adjusted to the new area and got ourselves settled in.

He was so kind to allow us to have our dogs stay at the rental house with us especially when most places did not all three dogs let alone the German Shepard breed. There was no hidden extra fees or deposits for the pets and he had a fair market monthly rate, in fact even cheaper than some other comparable rents in the area. It was a newly renovated 5 bedroom 2 bath house with a washer and dryer. He even allowed us in our special situation to rent month to month as we were actively looking for a home to buy and just needed something temporary wise. He is very reasonable.

Even though the relocation company had sadly assigned us a different realtor for the house buying process, Trevor was awesome and still assisted us when we had questions.Trevor, knowing he wouldn’t get anything in return, still genuinely wanted to help us have a good experience buying a home and didn’t want to see us buy a house we didn’t absolutely love. Trevor was a great second opinion when we came to him for advice and questions, due to our assigned realtor not following through on things that had to be done before our set closing date. Trevor, lended his advice per our request as we navigated on our own to make our closing date happen and coincide with our movers coming to town to deliver our belongings.

Trevor was amazing! He made this process so easy! My 92 year old mom was moving out of her house and he took the time to explain everything to her in a way that she understood. He helped my sister and I through the whole process including getting somebody to clean carpets so we did not have to worry.. If you want a smooth easy house selling or purchase I would recommend Trevor hands-down! Thanks so much Trevor for everything you did for us!
