Trevor and his team were amazing start to finish during our home buying journey. My girlfriend and I were first time home buyers and required a lot of hand-holding throughout the process and Trevor was always there to answer questions and give advice day or night, weekends and holidays. He took the time to completely understand what our home buying needs were, and was extremely diligent in finding us homes to tour that were good prospects. Trevor went with us on all of our tours (at our request) and saved us from so many potential mistakes - pointing out potential issues in the house, asking the listing agent the right questions, and most importantly he was as passionate as we were to find the right home. When we found the perfect home, he helped us submit a competitive offer, in an extremely competitive market in 2021, that ended up beating out other offers that were as much as $25k over ours. Without Trevor and his team we would not have gotten the home of our dreams and we can’t thank them enough. We’ve been living in this home for 4 months and we strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a house. When our family outgrows this house, we will absolutely be using him to find our next home.
