Trevor Howard

Before his career in real estate, Trevor worked as an engineer and managed large scale government projects building nuclear reactor structures, missile silos, and cranes. He was born and raised in the Salem area. Trevor began studying physics at Linfield College while also playing basketball, then transferred to Oregon State University to graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering.

Trevor began investing in real estate at the age of 23 in the single-family space and quickly learned he had a passion for real estate investing as well as helping others. While working as an engineer, Trevor became licensed and started buying more properties as well as helping others buy, sell, and invest in residential properties. Shortly after, he left engineering to work full-time in real estate.

Trevor joined the SMI team after taking an interest in apartments and beginning to add commercial properties to his investment portfolio. In addition to real estate, Trevor enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, playing basketball, and catching up with friends.
