About Trevor

Trevor Sholders is the employing Broker/Owner at DreamSpace Brokers Realty. Trevor and his wife Anna value the opportunity to demonstrate their process and become your trusted real estate advisors.

Trevor started in real estate at 15, attending Boulder High School in 1990. He was hired as a front desk receptionist and worked on the weekends and sometimes after school setting showings and assisting agents. When he turned 21, Trevor was recruited as an office manager for a busy and growing real estate company, where he was in charge of daily operations, recruiting, training, accounting and file auditing among many other duties. At the age of 25 he became a real estate agent and has been serving the Denver and Boulder Metro areas since 2001. Trevor has been consistently a top producer in the wide Denver and Boulder metro areas, trained many agents in their quest for realtor excellence and began his own brokerage in 2019 with his Broker Partner and wife, Anna Sholders. Anna is the mainstay of the staging design for all of their listings and an extremely adept agent who completes the team.

In his personal life, Trevor is a father of two and enjoys playing drums in rock bands, spinning bass music as a DJ, snowboarding, surfing/wakeboarding, camping, and raising dogs, cats and chickens. He also has passion for organic gardening, book publishing, and talent development/representation for aspiring artists.
