Tricia grew up in Severna Park, minutes from Maryland’s state capitol, Annapolis and is a second-generation real estate agent. After success working for a national home builder, she joined her mother in the business and grew it to where it is today by working with families, grandparents, parents and now with the grandchildren who are buying their first property. Severna Park is still home for Tricia, where she and her husband, Brad, raised their three boys. There is no place quite like Anne Arundel County. Owning or renting here is great privilege with proximity to the Chesapeake Bay, Appalachian Mountains and all that Washington and Baltimore have to offer. Golf, tennis and boating are a few of the activities that she loves to do with friends and family. Tricia combines her love for the area and her passion for the industry working every aspect of residential real estate-representing buyers, sellers, investors and relocation companies in the buying and selling of multi-million-dollar properties, waterfront properties, single family homes to condominiums.
