My husband and I were extremely fortunate to have Tricia as our real estate broker. As first time homebuyers, we had no clue what to expect but knew the housing market was very competitive due to the pandemic. Tricia was there for us from A to Z and provided helpful information every step of the way for us to win the bid on our home. It was a little challenging for us to house hunt with a 4-month old at the time, but Tricia made the process a lot less stressful by researching ahead of time and suggesting houses that we could possibly be interested in. She is very knowledgeable and I was able to learn a lot about houses and home maintenance during our brief interactions. Tricia took very good care of us and always had our best interest in mind. We highly recommend Tricia for those looking to purchase or even build a home.

I would never trust anyone else to sell my house...I have used Tricia to buy two homes and sell both homes before I had to move to California. Tricia walked me through buying my first home in 2014 and I called her to sell it two years later. She found a gorgeous New construction home for my second home after selling my home for top dollar. Tricia’s Construction knowledge helped me feel comfortable buying a home that was still being constructed and navigated me through the numerous questions and helped me decide on the design ideas. A year later I was relocated and had to sell my home fast and Tricia listed my home and again sold it in a timely manner with multiple offers for top dollar. She is literally the Best
