Tricia DeSouza is an Arizona native and her favorite thing about living here is that you never have to shovel sunshine! Tricia worked for 5 years in the restaurant industry as a manager and corporate trainer. After that she switched gears and went to work as the Customer Liaison for a large property management company. It was there that Tricia got a glimpse into the world of real estate. She got her real estate license and went to work for a developer in the valley assisting with marketing while learning about the sales side of real estate.
After gaining experience in the marketing and sales side of real estate, Tricia decided she would like to focus her skills as a Buyer's Agent and worked with Buyer's primarily on the purchase of New Build Homes for over a year.
Tricia has an in depth understanding of both sides of the transaction and now enjoys working with both Buyer's and Seller's throughout the greater Phoenix area with her focus on Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. With over 11 years of experience in customer service, she is confident she will make your home buying or selling experience a positive one. Tricia's designations include Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Designated 1st Time Home Buyer Consultant.
