Tricia Maes

Tricia understands that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions one makes in life and takes special care to guide her clients through a smooth process. Whether clients’ needs are local, or they are needing to work with someone from afar, she is experienced with both.

Tricia is a third generation native to Los Alamos and has extensive knowledge of her community and the housing market. She takes immense pride in helping clients with buying or selling their homes as well as showing off her unique community where she grew up and still lives.

Prior to 2015, she worked as a regular and special education teacher for the Los Alamos Public School System. Tricia understands how challenging it can be for new families to the area. “Working with my clients and helping them navigate the school system and finding information and support that they may need, makes me feel that I am still able to help my clients and serve my community.”

Her husband Robert Maes is also a native to Los Alamos. She is blessed with two daughters and two grandchildren who live and attend school here as well. When she is not assisting her real estate clients, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family camping, fishing, hiking, and exploring.
