One day while looking at homes, we met Tricia by chance at an open house. The conversation was easy and she was such a pleasure. Instantly we were excited to work with her as our agent. The process from start to finish was absolutely amazing. As a first time home buyer I was clueless and Tricia talked me through every process. She held nothing back and was completely honest as we went through each and every home, the homes inspections and what to expect. We chatted daily, completely trusted her and valued her input. We could not have gotten through this without her guidance. She really cared about our wants and was just as excited for our family as we were. She definitely has gone above and beyond. Thank you Tricia for offering to help in any way you could from attending and scheduling inspections, reading through home inspections with us, showing us every house we wanted to see, working on leads and even offering to help us with contacts for home maintenance after we closed.
