Tricia Rudd

Tricia has been a Sarasota resident since 2010 and is a very active and connected community volunteer with the Sarasota School District and the Diocese of Venice. She is currently serving her ninth year on the Suncoast JDRF Board of Directors, acting as Advocacy Team Chair as well as sitting on several committees. Tricia is confident advocating at the local and national level, and as your realtor will be a strong advocate for you.

Tricia understands firsthand her clients' journey of buying and selling real estate. Her passion for real estate was ignited after relocating several times, buying, and selling houses of her own in Lincoln, Nebraska (Go Huskers!), Notre Dame, Indiana and The Woodlands, Texas. Now a ten-year resident of the area, having navigated her four children through both the Sarasota County School system and private schools, she has a full understanding of the needs of families in our community. She serves clients at every stage of life, including those seeking investment properties and second homes. This is one of the biggest decisions in a client's life, and Tricia is dedicated to her clients through constant communication and being available whenever you need her. Tricia is very outgoing and loves meeting new people, and her love of helping others is what motivates her most.

Tricia is a member of Keller Williams Luxury International and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She is a member of the Sarasota and Manatee Association of REALTORS. She is also a member of both the State of Florida and National Association of REALTORS, as well as Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service.

Tricia loves living in "Paradise" with her husband John, and their four beautiful children. She also enjoys a very active lifestyle of cycling, working out, volunteering, going to the beach, and taking in everything SRQ has to offer from fine dining to fun festivals!
