About Tricia

Before getting into real estate, Tricia Watkins worked in health care as a nuclear medicine technologist. During that time, she learned a lot about taking care of people, especially when times are dark. It is now that same caretaker persona that she falls back on when working with her clients as a REALTOR®.

Tricia loves this industry because it allows her to work with so many types of people, including buyers who never really thought they could purchase a home. There is then an unmatched level of excitement that goes along with the ability to make dreams come true, especially when the odds are against someone. No matter what the circumstance, however, she will always try to be a positive force for her clients, helping them navigate the transaction with ease and enjoyment.

Aside from working with her clients, Tricia enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, or Bernese mountain dog! She also likes to spend her free time traveling to new places or staying active with trail running, triathlons, and bicycling. Additionally, Tricia is an advocate for and devoted member of the Heart to Heart charity organization.
