Trina Lee

Trina A. Lee is a licensed real estate agent representing both buyers and sellers of Central Coast properties - whether first-time homebuyers, second home purchasers, or distressed property sales. Trina’s real specialty however is representing investors of residential rental real estate.
Before joining Hubbell Real Estate Group, Trina launched her real estate career in 2012 while working for a busy Estero Bay property management firm. While there, Trina acted as the frontline ambassador and go-to person for both renters and owners. It was during this time when Trina learned the mechanics and fine art of turning investment properties into top performing rental assets, including spearheading housekeeping schedules, coordinating maintenance logs, and initiating successful marketing programs for more than 30 luxury properties. During her tenure, Trina’s attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and congenial personality helped the firm double both the number of contracted rental properties, and the firm’s net income. This passion and understanding of rental real estate has helped Trina develop a reputation among investors as a consummate student of the Central Coast investment real estate market.
A native of Wisconsin, Trina moved to the Central Coast after receiving her B.A. degree from Ripon College, Wisconsin and attending the ACM Chicago Arts and Music Program as an alto and soprano jazz saxophonist.
