Trish Hauser

I am a long time resident of the North Fulton area, and my family and I have been proud to call Atlanta home since 1974. I attended Georgia State University, spent over 10 years helping run a residential remodeling company, and had a successful career spanning over 25 years as an Actor, Runway and Print Model before segueing into the Real Estate Industry.

With a love of all things involving building and design, Real Estate was a natural fit for me, and I became a licensed Realtor® in 2015 and an Associate Broker in 2022. On top of a successful General Brokerage career, I spent many years representing Arthur Rutenberg Homes, a high end luxury custom home builder in Atlanta, as a part of their Sales Consulting Team. This position allowed me the opportunity to become a New Construction Specialist, with a depth of knowledge which includes selecting lots, land acquisition, interior design, customizing floorplans, and builder agreements and contracts.

Along with my business partner Michael Barsky, I joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Alpharetta in 2017. With our joint expertise and experience in working closely with residential clients, builders and developers, Michael and I are expanding our partnership and helping to establish and grow New Construction and Builder Services for Coldwell Banker. With the formation of The H&B Collective, a wonderful team of Real Estate professionals specializing in all aspects of the industry, we will continue to promote our outstanding reputation of providing the utmost in client service and satisfaction. I truly believe that clients are for life, not just for the duration of a transaction.

I live in the Alpharetta/Milton area with my wonderful husband, Todd, and our beloved rescue dog, Winnie. We have one daughter, Peyton, who is a Registered Nurse at CHOA’s Egleston Children’s Hospital. I am an advocate and volunteer for the JDRF, and am extremely passionate about finding a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. I love spending time with my family and friends, am a huge movie fan, and can always be found cooking up a storm in the kitchen!
