My fiancé and I just closed on our first house this past Friday and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience purchasing our first home. We owe all the gratitude & thanks to Trish Hutcherson @ Hutch Homes ATL. She was amazing throughout the entire process. She listened to every want, need, and concern. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. She was able to get us a home that checked all of our boxes & more. My fiancé and I both have crazy schedules and she always went the extra mile to help us see the house we were interested in and give us the best opportunity in finding our home. Trish was unbelievably helpful from start to finish! She answered all of our questions no matter how basic they were. I would describe finding Trish as hitting the realtor lottery! My son is new to the area and Trish was recommended to us by a co-worker. She listened to what we were looking for and in this crazy market was able to find us the house that was a perfect fit. Her knowledge of the area and the current market was critical in finding us the right home. To top it off, there was a glitch at closing and she worked her magic to get it done! I trust her completely, recommend her to anyone and would use her again and again!!

Finding and purchasing a home in a competitive market is not an easy task. Trish Hutcherson understood our needs and was instrumental in finding my wife and I a new home we have been searching for the past couple of years.

Trish is personable, experienced and very knowledgable realtor. She is a person of integrity, responsive and provides honest advice. We leveraged her circle of contacts which made the sales process even more seamless. Her recommendations were spot on and I would recommend Trish without hesitation.

So grateful that a family member recommended Trish, because she's an extraordinary realtor and awesome person in general. My wife and I moved here from a different state so we didn't know much about the area, or what areas we were even interested in. Trish went far above and beyond while helping us narrow it down and throughout the entire process.

She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and how to get it. Not just with advice and guidance, but also with her own references and connections. Her immense knowledge and experience was evident by how proactive she was, we always felt like she legitimately cared and was looking out for our best interests.

This review certainly doesn't do her justice, but I'm absolutely certain that if it weren't for her we wouldn't be in our dream home right now. We truly would've been lost without her and I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you again for everything, Trish!
