Trish Luzzi is the best! When it came time to sell my Mom’s house, Trish Luzzi was the realtor who was recommended to us. Never having sold a house before, I did not know what to expect. The photographer, stager, and auction people were called on to help get the house to selling mode. My sister was living in the house and is getting her life back from a bout with cancer. I live in FL so was not able to come up and help. Trish went above and beyond what I could have imagined! She helped my sister pack, she helped with landscaping, she and her husband fixed things that needed fixing. Most importantly Trish was always upbeat and positive and helped my sister and I stay on track. All the document-signing was easy to understand. It was a smooth process from beginning to end! I would definitely recommend Trish Luzzi as a number one pick for realtor!!! Thank you, Trish!!!
