Trish blends an unparalleled knowledge of Peninsula real estate with a record of success in sales and adds the dimension of having been a successful entrepreneur. The fact that she was born, raised, and lives on the Peninsula has given her a lifetime of relevant experience that provides a rich perspective on local real estate. Her roots are deep and broad, as she raised her children in San Mateo where she, her husband, and their dog Missy continue to reside. She is active with local organizations such as Guide Dogs for the Blind and the San Mateo Masters Swim Club.

After earning her Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Trish previously spent 15 years in sales. In that role, her communication skills combined with her strong negotiation skills and her attention to detail to help her rank in the top 5% of salespeople nationwide. Leveraging her entrepreneurial spirit, she spent the next 15 years building her own business. She spent time teaching yoga and fitness at elite places and created a new fitness regimen that combined yoga and surfing. She built a successful business and has over five hundred “Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher” hours under her belt. Since the beginning of her career, Trish has been in the top 10% of realtors in her local community.
