01/05/2016 - radcliffe beverly Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $225K in Phoenixville, PA. Trish Puleo exceeded my expectations during the process of selling a home that was part of an estate. Since I was out of state, she offered to check on items and secured vendors to fix some repairs that were needed. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. She followed up on all showings and got answers to questions from potential buyers even when I did not know the answer. I felt she always had my back especially with the settlement process since I was not planning on attending. I would highly recommend making Trish your partner in getting a house sold

Kristiwilh Bought and Sold - Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $300K in Phoenixville, PA. We had an extremely positive experience working with Trish. She is an amazing negotiator and was able to get us a much higher price for our house than other realtors had said was possible. In buying our new home she got us through an incredibly complicated VA loan and was just a wealth of knowledge. She was always accessible and would answer any questions or concerns immediately.
