Trish San Juan moved from Milwaukee to Chicago in 2003 and started her real estate career two years later. She grew up working at her family's restaurant and then became a dietitian. She also photographed weddings on the weekends. However, once she got a taste of real estate, Trish dove in headfirst.
As a self-professed architecture and real estate nerd, Trish works out of passion, rather than just getting the job done. Because she is a natural helper, not a salesperson, her clients have a delightfully different experience. She prides herself on her work ethic, always putting her clients' interests first and continues to be a resource far beyond the closing table.
Though it may seem to her clients that her time is always theirs, Trish also has a life outside of real estate. She is a mom of two boys she is raising with her husband in the Fulton Market, where she has lived since 2009. They enjoy soaking in the benefits of city living, as well as day trips to their favorite farms. Sustainability is a big part of her life, and as a Sustainability Ambassador for the Chicago Association of Realtors, she is able to educate and share resources with her clients.
Trish understands that buying, selling, or renting a new home can be a roller coaster. She strives to make the experience not only smooth and successful, but also enjoyable. Once you have Trish on your side, you have a realtor for life.
