From the very beginning she established not only business relationship, but personal as well. This two fold relationship development gave us the assurance and confidence we desired to have with a realtor. She fully understood our needs. Her initial home search results were delivered in one business day after our discussion. The buyers contract process and documentation was conducted smoothly and ahead/on-time in order to meet the Mortgage Lender delivery requirements. Additionally, the Closing and Title companies coordination also provided the same great service for new home setup and closing.
She is "Customer Centric" and manages her clients through an exceptional business model. Trish is the right realtor to call.
