My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Trisha over the past few years as we searched for the perfect home to eventually make our move from California to Tennessee. Trisha is SO personable that the very 1st time we met her, we felt totally comfortable with her & trusted her. She showed us several homes that 1st day and she clearly knew the area well. All the homes were right in our wheelhouse of size, amenities, general area, & price. We ended up going with a new build (something we THOUGHT we wanted to avoid), but it ended up being far better than we imagined & checked all the boxes on our wishlist! She even represented us well while we were still out of state & options came up with the builder!
Trisha made this relocation/ new home/ new start experience a DREAM come true! It wasn’t the stressful headache we’ve seen others go thru! She even offered locations for rentals until our house was completed.

WOW, where do we start? Trisha helped us move from out of state. She would set up appointments and do FaceTime tours for us when we weren’t in town visiting! She was always keeping an eye out and sent us several “coming soon” listings, which is how we were able to get our home in this very hot market. Trisha helped us with our offer making sure we would be the ones to get it, & we did! Trisha is so sweet and patient and never grumbled or complained when we asked her to see a hundred homes! Start to finish was a 10 month process for us (because of our indecisiveness not her!), and Trisha was phenomenal every step of the way!
