Trisha helped us through a complicated situation related to selling our home that had previously been occupied as a rent to own home. Trisha was flexible with times of showing home, which was very appreciated by renters, she also very patiently assisted us through the entire selling process. We loved Trisha! Best relator we've ever used. Very sweet, personable, and professional. In this area the housing market is INSANE! We heard many stories about it taking people months and putting in 6-11 offers in before getting a house. The average house can have 10-30 offers--we landed in the top 3 bids for the first 3 houses, before winning on house #4.
She wants you to find the right house and is very patient and looking at as many houses as it takes. Always open and honest in conversation. Quick in getting things done and communicating. We highly recommend her.

Trisha was wonderful to work with in the purchase of our new home. She not only took the time to show us our extended list of houses (in one day) but she also was very personable and warm natured. She didn't try to sell or persuade us on any house but rather gave us space to make up our own minds. When we were without answers she was very responsive and knowledgeable. Once we found our home Trisha worked so well with our loan officer that closing seemed like a cake walk! I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction.

Trisha was fantastic in assisting me locate houses with short notice. She was recommended from a friend and I am glad to have worked with her. She was honest with me with wether or not the houses I was looking for were good fits and only recommended houses that would potentially be a good fit. When knowing I had found a house i fell in love with she did all she could and ensured I made a strong offer that was eventually accepted in a pool of other potential buyers.
