Trisha Christensen is a fabulous realtor that we would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy a home. We were first time home buyers and when we met Trisha, we really knew very little about the home buying process. She was by our side throughout the entire experience (1 year), always available to answer questions (which we had many) and very quick to respond. Through multiple offers, she didn’t let us lose hope which ultimately landed us in our dream home.

If you’re looking for a smart, experienced professional realtor who is super organized and attentive, I encourage you to contact Trisha Christensen. I have worked with Trisha to purchase two (very different) homes in Santa Cruz in the past four years, and she made the (potentially agonizing) process a breeze. Trisha is very knowledgeable, supportive and unflappable, and every question I had was answered promptly - - she moves accurately, at the speed of light. And she knows all the bits and parts of real estate transactions, and keeps on top of every detail. She may have many clients but you’ll feel as though you are the only one. All that expertise and skill, and she’s fun to be with too.

I’ve had the opportunity to buy three homes out of the area over the past eight years as well, and though I found good realtors each time - - Trisha stands hands and shoulders above the rest. Give her a call, you'll be glad you did!

Trisha was fantastic to work with. Admittedly I am not the the easiest client to work with. I started looking for something specific and before i knew it was looking for something entirely different. Through this whole process Trisha would not let me forget what i said was most important to me. When i started to get desperate, Trisha kept me from making a bad decision. In the end Trisha used what she new about me and what i was looking for and talked me into looking at a house that i had previously ruled out for a number of reasons. And i fell in love with it and her knowledge of the area and the local real-estate market she was also able to help me get it below asking, which was amazing considering almost every other property we looked at were receiving multiple offers. Thank you to Trisha for working and putting up with me and helping me find a fantastic home close to the ocean in a great neighborhood.

We had a wonderful experience using Trisha as our realtor to buy a home in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Not only is she knowledgable about the area, she also really helped us navigate first time home buying. She promptly answered all of our questions and explained things to us in terms that made sense to people not in real estate. We loved the fact that, although she always welcomed us to come to her office to review and sign documents, she also gave us the option to sign most of the documents via docusign online, so we could easily and quickly review and sign documents without having to go anywhere. It was also a major bonus that Trisha is warm and friendly, and made us and our two children feel comfortable and at ease. We would highly recommend Trisha!

Trisha helped us find a family home in Scotts Valley and we couldn't be happier. She knows the area well, knows the market well, and made the entire process easy for us. We were very pleased with how well she communicated with us and kept us in the loop during the search process. When a house that was just right for us came on to the market, she got us in before the Open House so we could see it by ourselves and take our time to really see if the house was what we were looking for. We got the house and the transaction went smoothly. Again, we couldn't be happier!
