Trisha Cook was recommended to me from a friend and she did not fail. She actually exceeded expectations. From the moment I contacted her until this writing, she has proven to be one of the best realtors in southeastern Georgia. She listened to what I was looking for in the downtown area and within a month I was under contract. She handled more things that I expected and truly made this so much easier than I thought it could be. I have recommended her to several friends and would use her again without a doubt.

Selling a home is difficult in today's market. We just sold our first...First, you must market your home to appeal to buyers. Second, you need to appeal to every buyer that walks through the door. Finally, you must negotiate and close in a timely manner leaving both the buyer and seller satisfied. Of course, multiple steps fall between these three major milestones. I can say, Trisha Cook and her team of experts made these processes painless and exciting. Trisha has a warm heart with a business mindset. Trisha and her team kept our best interest a top priority and negotiated a fantastic deal. Her staging team, listing managers, coordinators, and closing managers are experts in every process provides a seamless service. All I can say, is follow her lead because the house will SELL FAST! Others in our neighborhood were taking several months to close a deal. In just a few weeks we had a contract to close. Honestly, we did very little while her team carried the load. We were referred to Trisha when we were considering buying our first house and we are so thankful. She and her husband Allen make an excellent team and they were so responsive to our needs. They handled everything for us from the negotiation process to setting up our inspections for us. I am currently in the process of moving from South Carolina to Savannah, Georgia. I had never even been to the Savannah area before the prospect of moving there came about! We found Amy Schuman, who is part of the Trisha Cook Real Estate Team, and have been nothing short of impressed. She has been very helpful and knowledgeable about the areas we have been interested in and has also made sure we were able to see ALL the homes we wanted to see when we came from out of town. She found us our new home and was an excellent advocate for us and our needs when it came to negotiating with the seller. She is great with communication and is just a joy to work with! I was located in Pennsylvania with four young boys, my husband in Korea, and we were trying to buy in Savannah, Georgia. We recently worked with Amy Schuman, an associate of The Trisha Cook Team, and couldn't have had a better experience. We decided to purchase a home in GA, the only catch....we would not be able to see the home prior to moving there. We were purchasing blind from Hawaii and did not have a way to travel to GA before our move. Amy went above and beyond to provide tons of listings until we narrowed down what we wanted. She then located some properties and did video tours of the communities and houses for us (truly the next best thing to actually being there) to make sure we were in an area we wanted to be in. She also assisted with setting up walk throughs with a friend of ours, since we couldn't be there. We never felt pressured or pushed into anything and Amy made the whole process very easy and as stress free as it could possibly be. I would highly recommend having Amy represent you if you are looking to purchase or sell a home!
