Trisha La has more than 18 years of experience in both real estate and mortgage industries. She started her career in 2003 and fell in love with what she does. She founded and incorporated GoldenPoint Finance in 2007.

With the constant change of the market, she is always up-to-date with the market trends, regulations, and laws to better serve you. She is a mortgage broker who proactively searches for reputable lenders to work with so that she can offer the best loan product to you.

She does the homework and shopping for you! She is one of the few mortgage brokers in the Bay Area who has the knowledge, experience, and the right relationship with residential and commercial lending. She assists clients in obtaining the right and most suitable mortgage loan according to your long-term financial plan.

She is also a Realtor, CDPE (Certified Distressed Properties Expert, and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) Designation. She is also the Chairwoman for a charitable non-profit organization at BeCause for Hope.

Her goal is to help clients understand and pick the right loan product to be compatible and well-suited for their long-term financial plans. She helps investors find and source the right commercial loan for their investments, such as multi-unit apartments, SBA, tenant-improvement constructions, mixed-used properties, etc.
