Trish Nickum at Coastal Life Properties was referred to us by a trusted friend and former Cocoa Beach resident. We were relocating from out of state and weren't able to travel to the area and view potential properties in person. Trish spoke to us at length about our needs, likes, and dislikes to optimize our home search. She truly understood what we were looking for and never showed us anything that wasn't worth consideration. Trish conducted multiple video walkthroughs of listings and patiently answered our questions. Once we selected a property Trish had a very good sense of our soon to be properties true market value and that was valuable where multiple offers we present. Trish coordinated the home inspection and all of the 4 point and wind mitigation documents required to insure our new property. Trish also provided us with all of the information for setting up our utilities and even down to the details of trash pickup everything was in writing. Finally, Trish is just a great person who is a pleasure to work with and we would happily work with her again.
