Meet Trisha Tranum:
Representing Permian Basin homeowners and future homeowners, Trisha is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.

Raised in Midland, Trisha understands the highs and lows of the real estate market and prides herself in assisting first time home buyers, sellers wanting to upgrade, and renters ready for home ownership.

Trisha entered into real estate in 2012 as a marketing director for a small firm. There she learned to market a home from top to bottom. In 2015 she took a leap of faith and earned her real estate license. Since March 2015 Trisha has built a strong real estate business and has helped over 140 families. Trisha joined Homes for Heroes in 2016 and has helped over 45 local heroes (first responders, teachers, and veterans) with their real estate needs. Trisha has since left Homes for Heroes and has created Tranum Property Group Heroes!

In the past 5 years, Trisha has become an esteemed realtor highly regarded by her clients and peers. As a long time Midlander, she is well-connected and actively involved in the community. Her contacts and life-long residency leverage her enthusiasm and expertise, enhancing her client dedication.
