Trista Ricciardelli

Trista Ricciardelli joined Sitar Realty Company in 2007 and was promoted to Vice President in 2014. Based in Sitar’s Sea Girt office, she provides more than a decade of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Sitar Realty Company, Trista worked for a highly reputable retail general contractor. This experience has given her the ability to go above and beyond in the industry and the experience to not only negotiate leases, but assist during the preliminary stages such as marketing, permitting, zoning, layouts, and budgets.

Mrs. Ricciardelli specializes in the commercial sector, representing both landlords and tenants. She is known for getting transactions done in a smooth and timely manner.

Mrs. Ricciardelli is a licensed New Jersey salesperson. She holds an Associate of Business degree from Brookdale Community College, and Building Inspectors and Project Management Certifications from Brookdale. Trista is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, the South Monmouth Board of Realtors, Commercial Construction & Renovation People, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
