I don’t even know where to began! From day one Tristian walked with and supported us through this entire process. Our situation wasn’t easy and there were days when it looked like the deal would crumble but he never let us see him sweat! I truly believe he wanted us in this home just as much as us! This was the best experience my husband and I could have asked for. He was professional, easy to contact (at any time of day) and informative! He is a go getter! In the current housing market, it was rare for the sellers to help with closing cost. Tristian worked some type of magic, and the sellers MAGICALLY helped with closing cost! Choose him. Communication is key! From the minute we chose Tristan as our realtor he made sure we were in the loop. I wanted to be part of the process but NOT a part of the work. Well let's just say that he was all about the work, and at times he had to work very hard. He was very patient throughout our tumultuous process and always had an amazing way of keeping us calm through it all. I will never regret giving him a chance because he was the ultimate professional that made sure his clients were always heard.

Tristian was great at getting me information on the houses that I was interested in and contacting the selling agent to find out what the status was. He also sent me houses that were in my price range and specifications. The house tours were at my convenience. He was very professional from beginning to end of the home buying process.
