Leading the TROI KAZ COASTAL GROUP, Troi Kaz shares her 35 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing with her Seller and Buyer Clients, as well as her team members.
As the Director of Luxury Real Estate with Keller Williams – Pawleys Island, Troi networks with other luxury agents locally, and world-wide. While specializing in DeBordieu Colony, the ocean front golf community about an hour north of Charleston, Troi serves Buyers and Sellers from Georgetown, to Murrells inlet. Her team members cover the areas as far north as Myrtle Beach, and as far west as Florence.
Troi fell in love with DeBordieu Colony in 1986 when she started working on site as the DeBordieu Colony Marketing Director and Club Membership Coordinator and eventually moved into real estate sales. It was at DeBordieu she met and married her husband, DeBordieu Club General Manager, Jeff Kaz.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Troi is very active in the Pawleys Island community, serves on the Board of Directors of her favorite charity, Good Friends of Georgetown County, and is the past President of the Pawleys Island Litchfield Business Association.
