Troy Gandee

Troy Gandee is founder and Broker-in-Charge of Maven Realty. Troy moved to Charleston, SC from West Virginia to attend the College of Charleston. Troy graduated from CofC with a philosophy degree in 2012. After graduating, he began selling real estate throughout the Charleston area. After years of serving buyer and seller clients, he decided to start Maven Realty. Maven Realty opened in 2017 and focuses on providing quality over quantity service to clients. Maven Realty is excited to provide outstanding customer service to its clients. We are always looking for quality agents to add to the team and expects to expand into more markets in the coming years.
After serving helping investor clients buy and sell investment properties, Troy realized that investing in real estate is truly the most effective way to build wealth for anyone. In 2014, Troy founded Pragma Properties, which is an investment vehicle to acquire, renovate and resell distressed properties. In addition to rehabbing properties, Pragma Properties also develops real estate and adds value to other existing construction properties. Troy also believes that buying and holding properties for cash flow and long-term holdings is the true key to wealth. He manages a portfolio of passive holdings.
