Troy Hebert serves as Regional Vice President of the West Region for Latter & Blum Family of Companies. The West Region includes several markets throughout Louisiana: The Acadiana Region, The Greater Baton Rouge Region, Central Louisiana Region, and Southwest Louisiana Region. Troy has been with Latter & Blum since 2013 when they acquired Van Eaton & Romero. While at Van Eaton and Romero, he held many positions, but in 2017 he was promoted to President.
He served as a board member of the Realtor Association of Acadiana (RAA) from 2008-2015; in 2014 he served as President. He has served on numerous committees, task forces & MLS committee at RAA as well. He was on the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Realtor Association from 2015-2017, he also served as Co-Chair & Chair of Louisiana Realtors Professional Development Committee.
Outside of real estate he has been involved in the community giving his time in various roles; Past Planning and Zoning Commissioner, Past board member and President of the University of Louisiana Alumni Association, Current Vice Chair of the University of Louisiana Moody College of Business Advisory Board, Community Leadership Committee for Vitalant Blood Services in Lafayette & current board member of the Beaver Club of Lafayette. He is involved in his church parish, St. John’s Cathedral, through their ACT’S Retreat program and is involved with various fundraisers in the community. Troy is married to Kristie McMath Hebert, General Manager & Partner in Arceneaux Ford. They have two children that attend St. Thomas Moore: Mia 16 & Jude 15.
