Troy loves a challenge, especially when meeting that challenge means a client's real estate goals become reality.

An avid sports enthusiast who played competitively through his school years, Troy adopts his client's wants as his own, then channels his drive to win into fulfilling those desires.

When not helping clients, Troy enjoys working out, fishing, coaching kids' soccer, baseball and basketball. His son's are following in his footsteps as an athlete, so he also enjoys cheering them on. Troy is also active in his children's school donating his time supporting the PTA. His local charities include The Alden Aaroe Shoe Fund, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Miracle League of Virginia, UNOS and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Troy has lived in the Richmond area since 1985 where he received a Bachelor of Science degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. He now resides in Midlothian with his wife and two sons.
