Troy is the absolute very Best Realtor that we had the pleasure of working with. He is a professional and sold our home in record time getting us the best deal even though it was a down market. He was extremely knowledgeable and seasoned, answered all of our questions and made our home selling experience easy. I cannot say enough positive things about the work that Troy Jackson did to help us sell our rental property that was also our first home. We listed our property on March 1 right before the COVID-19 shutdown changed our world. In spite of the challenges that this created, Troy was able to sell our home at our asking price. The closing process took a significant amount of time as a result of the shutdown, but Troy kept in constant communication with us throughout the entire process and had everything in order as soon as we were able to proceed to closing.

Troy provided a service that far exceeded my expectations. This was the first house that we sold and he made a complex process very easy to understand and stress free. He listened to all of our expectations, he provided support when we needed it and he kept in regular communication with us all the way to the end.

If you are looking for an agent to partner with you in the home buying or selling process, I recommend you at least have a conversation with Troy. You will be able to quickly tell that he is genuine and will do everything in his power to provide an excellent service to you!

Troy is the most diligent, caring, and hardworking Realtor out there. After several weeks of searching for a property to rent with no luck, my boyfriend and I decided to enlist some help. Troy did not disappoint! He consistently updated us with new properties as they became available, and was able to efficiently obtain information about properties we inquired about. He will answer texts, emails, and phone-calls at any time of day, in a very timely manner. He is not a Realtor that "shuts off" at 5. He is a flexible, "anytime" Realtor that will do whatever it takes to help you in your home search!
