My husband and I found one of our dream homes built by Troy Jones.  We knew the moment we drove up to this beautiful, uniquely situated, modern, private home, we would make an offer.  As we had our first look inside, we were amazed by the custom, one-of-a-kind built home. Close attention to detail was put into this home by Troy.  As a Builder, he exceeded expectations with his first custom home. The kitchen is a dream!  Included high-end finishes, the most perfect Quartz island and custom cabinets to my hearts content.  I highly recommend Troy’s custom homes, as he has great vision, a designers thought and is wonderful to work with.

Troy secured my wife and i the highest $/square foot in our zip code. He masterfully managed all aspects of our sale connecting us with painters, landscapers and other service providers to make the process painless. Anyone who relies on a robot or webtools to perform their real estate transaction is leaving big $s on the table versus hiring Troy.

Good thinker, proactive and easy to talk with. Troy has good business sense and understands financial values. He is responsive and timely. Early or on time for appointments. Doesn't try to force too much into one day. Narrows down the options by quickly discerning what we were looking for in a home. Does not run off on unproductive rabbit trails. He has a very creative nature and is able to see and develop productive investment opportunities. As a banker for Troy. I’ve never felt doubtful or uncomfortable with our affiliation. A reliable partner I can trust. I felt included...part of the project. Troy is very mature. He holds to very high value for himself. He is easy to trust.
