I was lucky enough to find Troy 5 years ago to purchase my first home, I knew nothing about the home buying process and he walked me though every step including the loan pre approval, what to look for, took me to multiple houses on the dot every time I asked. I then decided it was time for a new home I reached back out to Troy because I was so happy with the first experience I had. He helped me sell my current home and purchase a new home again. I put in a offer on a house before mine was even on the market because I trusted Troy 100 percent that my house would sell. The process with him is so easy he’s so quick to answer questions and get you all the info you need! I highly recommend him I know I will never look any further then Troy! I even have family currently working with him because he’s outstanding. Highly recommend!
