After earning a dual major in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University, Troy Perkins became one of the youngest real estate brokers in Texas.

Born and raised in Irving, this native Las Colinas Broker has unparalleled knowledge of the market. In the 90’s he started what became the largest exclusive buyer’s agency in the state and began consulting with some of the largest multi-family companies in the country. As a UNT guest lecturer, he was sought out by the Northlake College Dean of real estate and is still an adjunct Professor of real estate for Northlake College. After selling his statewide brokerage with over 100 agents Troy assembled a team of only the very best agents and brokers whose focus is Las Colinas.
