Troy and his team treated us like family every step of the way. Constant contact over the phone and email. Had the answers to every question asked and guided us in the perfect direction. There was never a time that Troy wasn’t available! Troy had an amazing amount of connections for anything we needed help with. They helped us buy and sell a home in a VERY short amount of time! I would highly recommend to anybody looking to buy or sell a home! We appreciate everything they did for us and look forward to working with them in the future!!

PS: We had a terrible couple of weeks with other “Big Name” realtors before we found Rise Real Estate. These realtors were never available and we sat and watched home after home sell before we could even get a showing. It was a blessing finding Troy!! Please don’t bother with the Billboard realtors and go straight to Rise Real Estate, you won’t be disappointed!

Before switching to Rise Real Estate, we had spent 6 long and frustrating weeks looking for a home. We had put in 5 offers and had 2 inspections done. Both inspections went terrible, and it became obvious that our realtor was not giving us good advice. In addition to this, we were rarely able to align viewings in a timely manner. We watched as houses we were scheduled to view were sold before we had a chance to see them. This was due to our realtor's limited availability and lack of communication. After the 2nd inspection went bad, we decided we needed to make a change.

After switching to Rise Real Estate, we landed a home we loved in no time. Troy, the owner, did everything that our last realtor didn't. He communicated, did his homework, set up viewings immediately, and investigated some homes before the viewings to let us know whether we were wasting our time or not. I never had to ask Troy to do anything because he was very proactive. When Troy was unable to show us a home, he had one of his experienced realtors, like Chuck, assist us. It was amazing knowing that no matter what home/what time we wanted to view, we would always have a realtor available. This was paramount in us landing the home we love as homes were being sold so quickly. Troy also goes above and beyond to give his clients the best chance of having their offer accepted. He left no stone unturned, which is why we are now living in a home we adore.

Rise Real Estate accomplished in one week what multiple other realtors could not accomplish in six weeks. I cannot thank Troy and his team enough for helping us start our lives in our ideal home.

I found Troy online when my wife and I were originally looking into a vacant lot in Indian village. Troy was able to provide us multiple contacts and resources in order for my wife and I to make the best decision we could. We ended up switching gears on him completely and decided to sell our house and buy a new house in a completely different location. Troy was nothing but flexible, outgoing and helpful along the way. Troy's team member, Michelle, has been amazing through the entire process. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and has the patience of a saint!!
