Just prior to commencing her real estate brokerage career in 2011, which started by impromptu personal invitation to a top-producing luxury brokerage team culminating with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Troya served for 10-years as Vice President of Property Management for regionally renown and universally acclaimed Irvine Company Apartment Communities. Joining IAC's Executive Team in 2001, Troya had ultimate supervisory responsibility for ~14,500 Lease-Up & Stabilized Luxury Apartment Homes throughout Orange and San Diego Counties—a portfolio valued at roughly $4 Billion and generating annual revenues in excess of $250 Million. The culmination of Troya’s accomplished IAC tenure was her integral involvement in the conceptual design to operational completion of both The Village & The Park at Irvine Spectrum [3000 Total Units], which remain amongst IAC’s most impressive “live—work—play” undertakings.
