The local public schools are part of Irvine Unified School District and include some of the strongest schools in the county. Students living here will start at University Park Elementary, scored an overall A by Niche; then they’ll move on to Rancho San Joaquin Middle and finally University High, which both have an impressive A-plus overall score from Niche. Rancho San Joaquin Middle School is a particular standout: this National Blue Ribbon and California Distinguished school significantly outperforms state averages on standardized tests in math, science, and English.
The neighborhood's prime location offers convenient access to an abundance of shopping destinations. The nearby University Center is a bustling retail hub with a wide range of stores, including supermarkets Trader Joe’s and Albertsons. For an upscale shopping experience, visit the elegant Irvine Spectrum Center or the chic South Coast Plaza, both just a short drive away and certain to satisfy the needs of even the most devoted shopaholics.
